Licenciada em Filosofia e doutorada em Estética Contemporânea. Professora de teoria e crítica de arte contemporânea, área na qual tem vários artigos e livros publicados. IR do grupo de ARTE E ESTUDOS CRÍTICOS do CEAA. Curadora independente. A sua actividade de investigação e de curadoria, articula os domínios da arte, filosofia e política. Colaboradora regular da revista de arte “CONTEMPORÂNEA”. Último livro publicado: Nem-Isto-Nem-Aquilo (2019). É, actualmente, directora da ESAP - Escola Superior Artística do Porto. Integra a Comissão para a  aquisição de arte contemporânea do Estado Português (2019-2020)

Degree in Philosophy and PhD in Contemporary Aesthetics. Professor of contemporary art theory and criticism, an area in which she has several articles and books published. Main Researcher of the ART AND CRITICAL STUDIES group of CEAA Research Center. Independent curator. Her research and curatorial activity crosses the territories of art, philosophy and politics. She collaborates regularly with the art magazine CONTEMPORÂNEA. Latest book published: Nem-Isto-Nem-Aquilo [Neither-This-Nor-That], 2019. She is currently Director of ESAP - Porto Art School. For the 2019-2020 biennium, she is a member of the Commission for Acquisition of Contemporary Art to the Portuguese State collection.
